Instructions for submitting forms online:

Pre-entry forms are interactive PDFs. In order to use these forms you must first click on the form and download it. Once you have opened the document and filled it in click on the "submit" button.

Please take note that the "submit" button will only work if you are using a desktop email application such as Microsoft Outlook.

If you are using an internet-based email application (gmail, hotmail, aol, etc) you will need to save it to your desktop first. Open your internet email, compose a message addressed to BBRA2012@gmail.com then attach the document and hit send.

NEW RULE:

Any information submitted on pre-entries WILL NOT be changed after books close (noon on the preceeding Friday of a race). You will be responsible for paying for any entries sent in. We highly recommend that you only submit information that you are sure of.

FOR EXAMPLE: If you know how many horses you will be running but do not know which ones or what order you may still enter and select your "preferred run number block" but instead of listing a horse's name you may enter YOUR NAME in the slot instead. When you go to the office to pay your entry fees you can designate horse names in your reserved slots. A sample is provided below.

Books open Monday, March 12th and close Friday, March 23rd @ NOON

If you are running in the Novice class, please make sure that you click on the arrow on the entry form and choose the correct class that you are running in. If your horse is registered please make sure you list their REGISTERED NAME. All novice horses should have their REGISTERED NAME and BARN NAME listed on their nomination form. Thank you!
